Do you deliver? Set up? Pick up?
Yes, all the things! We offer both client pick up/drop off where you can come to our home in North Smithfield, RI and pick up your rentals. They are then yours to use for 4 days before you return them to the same location. So, if you pick up on Friday, they are due back on Monday.
If it's easier for you that we deliver, we're so excited to do so! I love getting a peek at all the other aspects of your big day. We will carefully deliver, securely set up, and retouch your pieces at your ceremony and/or reception sites. Then we will return the next day to collect them back. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance for us to travel to/from your venue and we try to stay within 1 hour of 02896. If you are interested in delivery further than this, please reach out to see if we're able to do so.
Delivery fees begin at $200.
If your venue does not allow for next day pick up, additional fees may apply for late night breakdown and pick up.
Please note that some pieces require delivery - including oversized or vintage mirrors and seating charts.
Can I choose what goes on my sign?
Sure can! After booking your rentals, I will send a comprehensive form for you to complete with your design preferences and wording. If you aren't sure what you'd like things to say - for example, you know you want a welcome sign, but not exactly what it should say, I am happy to help guide you.
Some pieces, like table numbers and card boxes, come ready to rent and cannot be personalized.
Can I rent painted acrylic signs?
Painted acrylic signs are available for purchase only because they custom made to match your colors and require special care when transporting due to their delicate nature. I love making painted acrylic signs (they might even be my favorite!), so don't hesitate to ask about package pricing for multiple painted acrylic signs.
What happens if a rental gets damaged?
Things happen! I'll take a look at the damage and connect with you on cost to repair or replace. Our rental agreement fully outlines our policy for damaged or lost items.
Can I switch to a different piece later?
Absolutely. If I get something new before your big day, I'm happy to swap out styles for you if they are available.
I have my own mirrors/window/acrylic - can you personalize them for my wedding?
Yes! I'm happy to provide a 25% discount when you're providing the piece* and will still provide my details guide for personalization and mock ups for your designs. Larger discounts are available if you'll allow me to keep the piece after the wedding.
