We'll set up a time to chat about your plans -
no need to know exactly what you need, but we'll use this time to ensure we're a good fit for one another and get a feel for your vision and you as a couple. Decide to book one of our curated packages or go a la carte for a truly custom experience.
We'll send over a proposal covering all the details so you can start to see the magic we'll bring into your day and create the perfect package for you.
A few months before the big day, we'll finalize
all the details and create mock ups for all your items to make sure they are exactly what we've dreamed up. We're happy to take the lead or let you guide us on verbiage, style and more.
We book 12-18 months
in advance for prime weekends. Inquire

The week of your wedding, we bring all the details to life, sharing it all BTS on the gram to get you even more excited about the day ahead. We'll deliver and set up all of your pieces, touch up imperfections and return the next day to collect back any rentals. Basically - you don't have to worry about a thing. You'll keep any items labeled keepsake on your order and then live happily ever after!
Since we're a small team and family run, we aim to stay within Rhode Island and surrounding MA+CT towns. We do offer pick up or delivery to other areas within New England. These deliveries are subject to higher minimums based on time of year and travel needs.
We do not offer shipping.
We book up to 12-18 months out for peak season dates.
We are fully booked for 2023 and actively booking 2024 events.
Our 2025 calendar will open in January 2024.
Similarly to florists, each proposal we create is 100% custom made based on your vision, the size/scope of the design, guest count, material selections, location, and load in/out logistics. We ask your budget up front, keeping in mind design and delivery fees, so we can only suggest design ideas that are realistic.
Our services begin at $4,000 within Rhode Island with most couples spending $6,000-$10,000 on full service design, delivery, installation and breakdown.

Most importantly, you get us. Our creative expertise, guidance and commitment to making your wedding day full of customized, high quality touches that reflect your love story, impress your guests, and creates a cohesive flow of all your details - without you having to do a thing.
We don't usually! Our hearts are in weddings and we try to dedicate as much as we can to our couples. We offer signage for wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties exclusively for our wedding clients - with no minimum required, it's a perk that most of our couples opt for.
